EDUCATION SUMMIT

One of my first large-scale projects at the Ebby Halliday Companies (EHC) was to promote a companywide education event called EHC Summit. The theme for this iteration was Re-Focus. The goal was to help agents regain focus on the foundational skills needed to be a successful realtor in any market. As a company, we had never done something to this scale, a full scale, all virtual conference for nearly 1000 agents while still maintaining an in-person level of connection with each other, the speaker, and the message presented. I produced flyers, a series of announcement social media posts, video and web assets for the streaming platform, all while coordinating with other department’s leadership, outside speakers and branch offices to make sure all their needs were met in the promotion. Since the success of this event, it has continued as an annual training experience for the company. These are materials from my second year promoting this event.

One of the challenges of promoting an event like this is informing the individual agents what they can expect and convince them it's a valuable use of their time. Who the key note speaker will be and how credible they are is paramount to these agents. I wanted to make sure Mike Staver was prominently feature and got as much attention as the key takeaways section.
